They are professional, effective and accommodating. In our quest to find a house in AZ, we worked with them for over a year. They did an excellent job in assessing our tastes and showing us only homes that fit our wants, needs and budget. As a team they complement each other very well and one or the other was always readily available to show us homes. When considering resale homes in need of some updating, Dottie was extremely knowledgeable regarding the costs involved in making updates and suggesting possibilities of what could be done. She brought in a contractor to give us specific numbers when we were seriously considering one home. When we switched gears and decided to build a home, Dottie and Margie were accommodating and very helpful in assisting us in choosing a lot. They also were available to advise us during the process at the design center to ensure our choices would not negatively affect resale. Additionally they helped us assimilate into the community by sharing a wealth of information on things from doctors to shopping. We hope we are now in our “forever home”, but if that should not be the case, we would definitely work with Margie and Dottie again and heartily recommend them.
